The ARAYGI & MAALOULY Law Firm was established in 1998 when Raymond (Rony) ARAYGI and Gabriel MAALOULY decided to collaborate through a partnership benefiting at that time from their ten years of experience in the legal field.
It is on this basis that the law offices, established by Joseph ARAYGI in 1970, became ARAYGI & MAALOULY Law Firm.

Over the past years the ARAYGI & MAALOULY Law Firm, taking advantage of its founders' academic and practical skills, developed its client basis, knowhow, and clients' assistance. Our Law Firm’s team has also grown considerably and renders today efficient services related to consultancy, litigation and arbitration in different fields.

Today, our Law Firm includes lawyers practicing in various legal fields, particularly in corporate law, litigation, arbitration, labor law, taxation and real estate and represents many of the most well-known companies in Lebanon.
